Mr. Bruce Buabin Aubyn, has been working with CRAN Microfinance since 2005. He is now the Head of Finance having successfully served as the Head of Management Information System. He has been the main brain behind the full implementation of the Loanperformer software after his training in Uganda in 2006.
Bruce has strong communicating skills and an excellent understanding of the latest accounting and financial concepts and possesses the ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements. His greatest strength is the ability to meet all financial reporting deadlines and to ensure the highest levels of financial integrity in any management reporting.
He is also the loanperformer software Consultant for Global Impact foundation (Accra), ASA Initiative (Cape Coast) GEEM Microfinance (Accra) and helped Christian Mothers Association in the implementation of their microfinance software.
Bruce holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Cape Coast Polytechnic.
Bruce has a passion for God’s work and this had made him served on many Christian Leadership platforms. Currently he is a Diocesan Auditor for Cape Coast Diocese, Vice Chairman of the Methodist Youth Fellowship, (Cape Coast Diocese) and Harvest Committee Secretary of Calvary Methodist Church – Abura Cape Coast
